Southern Cross Travel Insurance Jumps On Tennis Craze With Digital Game Via This Is Flow & Quantum Jump Sydney

Media, B&T, 21 January 2026.

With the Australian Open well and truly underway, Southern Cross Travel Insurance (SCTI) has launched ‘Game.Set.Insure’, a digital tennis game, giving Australians and New Zealanders the chance to play their way around the world and win.

The game is a timely way to connect with tennis fans and travellers alike, a large cohort of whom are in the throes of tennis mania, all while reinforcing the brand’s position as a strategic partner to global travellers – SCTI offers friendly Australasian support for the unexpected on customers’ travels.

Developed with a clear nod to the nostalgia of classic arcade games of the 80s, the 8-bit graphic look and feel, and matching digital soundscape, creates a fun and engaging vibe. Players advance through four levels spanning major global tennis locations, from Melbourne to Paris, London to New York. Up for grabs are prizes for playing.

“We know how much Australians and New Zealanders love tennis, and with the help of Quantum Jump, we’ve created an experience that brings a little nostalgia, fun and enjoyment to fans. At its heart, the game reflects our commitment to being a true partner to customers who love to travel the world, looking out for them when they need us,” said Jess Strange, SCTI chief customer officer.

“Key to this idea was creating something entirely accessible, playable and memorable. It’s been a blast bringing the retro game to life in all its 8-bit glory. Playtesting has brought out some healthy competition, and now it’s great to see it out there being enjoyed,” added Rachel Wintle, general manager of Quantum Jump Sydney.

The game is supported by a digital and social campaign, including innovative playable banners linking through to the main game, and runs until February.
